My name is Bruno Duarte and I am an international student from Paraguay currently studying Business while playing collegiate soccer in the United States. I started playing when I was four years old and since then the game has been a central part of who I am. I spent several years training at Cerro Porteño, one of the most competitive clubs in South America, where I learned the importance of discipline, consistency, and commitment to constant improvement. As a player, I am naturally very attacking. I enjoy playing with intensity and using my speed to create space and put pressure on defenses. I like being involved in decisive moments and helping my team in tight games where one play can change everything. Throughout my college experience, I have contributed with important goals and offensive actions that have had a real impact on results. My playing style often requires opposing teams to make specific defensive adjustments, reflecting the level of attention and preparation my presence demands on the field. What I value most is competing with passion and giving my best in every training session and match. I try to lead through effort and mentality, always looking for ways to improve both physically and tactically. Soccer has taught me to stay focused, handle pressure, and keep moving forward even when situations become difficult. At the same time, I take my academic responsibilities seriously. Balancing studies and high level athletics in a new country has helped me grow in maturity, independence, and mental strength. Living far from my family has not been easy, but it has strengthened my determination to achieve my goals. My objective is to continue developing in a competitive university environment where I can contribute with my energy, speed, and attacking mindset while preparing myself for the next stages of my life both on and off the field.
